How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Most of our items are shipped directly from our local suppliers and around the world to offer you the best quality and optimum price. Many items will arrive within 7-12 working days . We will keep you posted about the updates via email from time to time.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow 48-72 hours for your order to ship out. You will be notified of the same with expected date of arrival and number of pacakages via email.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships,which is typically 24-36 hours. If the order is cancelled after it is shipped 40% of order value will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

How much do I pay for shipping?

It is standard $1.99 for all shipping within United States.We send out all orders via  standard shipping .Our delivery partner quotes us 5-10 business days for this delivery service after your order has been picked and packed.

have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission. 

My order is damaged, can it be returned? 

We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. Please send it back to us within 30 days for a full refund. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include a name and order number on the returned parcels.
